Home Plan Description

The elaborate La Reina Mediterranean courtyard home’s entry turret opens to the portico and courtyard. The courtyard leads to the formal entry of the home. The foyer of the La Reina opens directly to the grand room and, through an arched opening, to the formal dining room. Glass bayed walls in the central living area and in the study help meld inside and outside spaces.

The La Reina plan is derived from a blend of cultural influences. This includes Moorish and Renaissance elevations. This clearly Mediterranean elevation creates an impressive, yet not imposing, street presence. Trios of windows bring light to interior spaces, and accentuate rows of decorative tile vents that line the façade. Carved balusters enhance a side balcony that is spacious enough to serve as an outdoor room.

The paneled portal of the La Reina plan opens to a portico and courtyard, which creates a procession to the formal entry of the home. To the front of the courtyard, a casita, or guesthouse, offers space that easily converts to a workshop or home office. The foyer opens directly to the grand room and through an arched opening, to the formal dining room. Glass bayed walls in the central living area and in the study help meld inside and outside spaces. The dining room leads to a loggia for open-air meals.

The kitchen has a large central island for extra counter space. The outer island opens to the leisure room and allows for extra seating at the bar. The open concept gives way to entertaining at it’s finest.

The floor plan has 4151 square feet of living area and has five bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is a slab/stem wall. *Home photographed differs from construction documents.
