Description

The Jupiter Bay is a European villa home plan that conveys open interior spaces that flow naturally into outdoor views through verandahs and covered lanais. A dazzling porte-cochere and a grand vaulted entry lead into the main house. Walls of glass and nature flow into a lavish great room and open dining area.

Perfect for entertaining, and within easy access of the gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry and wet bar, the Jupiter Bay plan’s formal dining room has a built-in server and expansive rear views. The kitchen is designed to be accessible to all serving areas, including a breakfast nook and verandah through the dining room’s sliding glass doors. The kitchen has a large walk in pantry and center prep island. There is also an outdoor kitchen on the covered veranda, expanding the entertainment area to the outdoors. Below the kitchen is the utility room and powder bath.

On the opposite wing of the Jupiter Bay plan, the hall ending in a whimsical window seat adjoins a bedroom suite with full bath and a study. There is also a separate full bath adjoining the study.

The upper level of the Jupiter Bay plan can be accessed either by the elevator or staircase. A gallery allows overlooks to the great room and foyer and separates the master suite from a secondary bedroom or guest suite. Each suite is outfitted with a full bath and its own private veranda to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The master suite has a two sided fireplace warming both the master bedroom and master bath. There are two separate vanities with sinks, and a Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower.

The Jupiter Bay plan is a 4359 square foot European villa home plan that has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms. The foundation is an island basement.
