Hillcrest Ridge is a grand, traditional home plan that has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It has 4759 square feet of living space and is available with a basement foundation. From the street, Hillcrest Ridge is a stunning home with a brick, triple arched entryway warmly welcoming you into the home. Inside the grand foyer area, double arches lead past the formal living room and out to the veranda.

Hillcrest Ridge offers a wonderful blend of open and formal spaces in the design that makes the rooms feel much larger than they actually are. A two-sided fireplace is shared with the owner’s study and the home’s formal living room.

This gracious home offers the perfect blend of public and private spaces, with careful attention dedicated to style and comfort. An arched gallery leads past the formal dining room and living rooms into the family areas. The expansive kitchen easily serves the dining room and nook. As with the living room, the leisure room has three pairs of French doors that open to the veranda.

Down the gallery, toward the opposite wing, are the owner’s areas. A study, complete with a wall of built-ins, can be utilized as a home office or exercise room. Double doors lead into the private master suite and bath.  Accessing the veranda, the master bedroom is crowned with a tray ceiling and includes arches and a built-in niche between the bedroom and bathroom. The master bathroom features his and her vanities and walk-in closets. A spacious walk-in shower and vaulted tub, along with columns, complete the stunning site.

Up the grand staircase, the balcony hall of Hillcrest Ridge overlooks the living room and foyer below. Three guest bedrooms, two of which access private balconies, complete the upper level.
