Description

Our luxury farmhouse, Heron Creek, is characterized by dormers, tapered columns and a split-shake roof. Heron Creek has strong, rustic appeal. A front porch and stone accents really add character to this country home. This roomy and private floor plan has 1848 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is available with a slab/stemwall foundation.

The foyer of Heron Creek welcomes you with a vaulted ceiling. It is open to the formal living room and dining room, which both feature stepped ceilings. Straight through the living room is direct access to the rear porch.

The master suite is housed on the right side of the home. The spacious suite features a large walk-in closet, oversized bathtub, walk-in shower, linen closet and dual vanity. The master suite also has direct access to the rear porch through a set of French doors.

The central hub of Heron Creek is the open family room, kitchen and nook. The kitchen, with walk-in pantry, is wide open and perfect for entertaining. The family room features a convenient built-in entertainment center. At the back of the family room, next to the dining room, resides a wet bar, which also aides in entertaining.

The left side of Heron Creek holds the garage, utility room, two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom.  The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower and access to the backyard. That access if perfect if you decide to extend the porch and add a pool. Then the guest bathroom will also function as a pool bathroom.
