Product Description

The partial stone facade capped with a dormer is what contributes to the appeal of the Hampshire Ridge House plan. It is a lovely and charismatic mountain home. The well-planned rooms and wide-open spaces reside inside. Three sets of French doors lead out to the rear porch from the great room and dining room.

The main level of the Hampshire Ridge plan’s open arrangement of the great room, dining room and kitchen create a friendly space. The open concept kitchen of the Hampshire Ridge has a wide open center island for ample counter space. The wraparound bar area lends itself to extra seating around the kitchen. The dining room is open not only to the kitchen but also to the great room. This is perfect for entertaining guests and family. The great room has a cozy fireplace that warms the entire main floor.
