Description

Griffith Parkway is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. It features 3872 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The floor plan is available with a slab/stem wall foundation.

The front elevation of Griffith Parkway invites guests with its welcoming covered front entry, flanked by columns. Walking into the foyer, it is obvious that the formal core of the home is elegantly detailed. This elegance is expressed in the stepped ceilings and corner sliding doors. An open arrangement creates an easy flow to the spacious and casual living area. The formal area features a private study and an open dining room and living room.

The right side of Griffith Parkway features the master suite, tucked away and private from the rest of the home. The large master suite on the first level features a full range of amenities: private garden, luxurious spa tub, dual vanities, a dressing area and an expensive walk-in closet.
