The Governors Club Way house plan is truly a beautiful home. This custom-feel ranch provides an expansive layout that opens up to outdoor views and creates two distinctive wings. One wing is for the master retreat and another for the family living spaces and secondary bedrooms. A veranda wraps the entire rear of the Governor’s Club Way and provides multiple outdoor living opportunities.

Inside the double entry doors, the foyer of the Governors Club Way offers an impressive view through the living room’s three mitered walls of glass. Columns and an arched entryway, plus a coffered ceiling, make this formal gathering space warm and inviting.

Arches lead down the gallery toward the family area of the home. This area focuses around a spacious leisure room that features a wall of built-ins and a space for an optional fireplace if so desired. Glass doors open up to a large covered lanai, expanding the home’s living spaces outdoors.

The oversized kitchen offers plenty of workspace and amenities for the family chef. A center island with prep sink is conveniently located across from the stove, and a spacious walk-in pantry offers just the right amount of storage space. An eating bar provides the perfect spot for quick meals while watching television.

Off of the leisure room are two secondary bedrooms. Each boasts walk-in closets, private baths and access to the rear lanai. To ensure privacy for guests and homeowners alike, the master retreat is located on the opposite wing of the home. The suite features a wall niche to position the bed toward the outdoor views, a bayed sitting space and a stepped ceiling. The master bath focuses around an oversized soaking tub that looks out to private garden views.

Conveniently located nearby, the home study of the Governors Club Way is the perfect area for a computer setup, library or home office. The close proximity to the foyer makes it great for business associates to come and go without disturbing the rest of the home.

The floor plan of the Governors Club Way house plan offers 3398 sq. ft. of living area, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a slab/stemwall foundation.
