Gambier Court is an elegant, luxury, Mediterranean home plan. This floor plan features 4912 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Gambier Court is available with a slab/stem wall foundation. Gambier Court is a stately home that is sure to make an impression in any neighborhood. Fanlight windows provide a light counterpoint to the portico’s weighty stonework. An open configuration of bayed formal rooms at the front of the plan offers forward and rear views. Wide windows and unique ceiling treatments allow for elegant entertaining any time.

Inside Gambier Court, the foyer is encircled by the formal dining room, living room and study. To the right is the large master suite, private from the other guest bedrooms. Its angular layout allows for a wider range of views. His and her closets separate the master bedroom from the master bath, which features his and her vanities, an oversized tub, a walk-in shower and a separate water closet.

The left side of Gambier Court houses the more informal areas. The generous kitchen is open to the nook and leisure room. From the kitchen, a butler’s pantry connects to the dining room, while an arched hallway leads to a guest bedroom and utility room. Through the leisure room is another guest suite as well as a staircase to the loft and third quest suite. The loft has a balcony and a wet bar.

Gambier Court is full of outdoor living space. It can be found in the rambling rear verandah with an outdoor kitchen as well as a side courtyard accessed through the leisure room. The charming side courtyard has a fireplace as well.
