Product Description

A unique double-stepped staircase and a curved balcony complement the arched entryway of the Galleon Bay cottage home plan. Inside, the foyer embraces the living areas accented by a three-sided fireplace and wet bar. The Galleon Bay plan has sliding glass doors that bring views in to the open rooms and provide access to the verandah.

Nearby, the kitchen of the Galleon Bay plan features a breakfast nook and easily interacts with the verandah for outdoor entertaining. There is a pantry and plenty of additional cabinet space in the kitchen. The center prep island adds plenty of counter space to the already large kitchen. The breakfast nook looks out to the verandah through sliding glass doors. The archway leads to the dining room providing warmth from the fireplace.

The grand room of the Galleon Bay plan provides access to the right wing of the Galleon Bay plan. A guest suite and study/bedroom are separated by a full bathroom and large walk in closet. Below the kitchen on the opposite side of the home is a third guest suite and walk in closet. There is also a powder room on this level as well as a large utility room.

An elevator enhances the uniqueness of this plan. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys a private sundeck and three-sided fireplace.
