Description

The Duvall Street, an adorable Key West conch-style home plan blends Old-World charm with up-to-date comfort. Wide steps lead up to the charming front porch. A glass-paneled entry lends a warm welcome and complements a captivating front balcony. Inside the Duvall Street, French doors open the great room to views and extend the living areas to the back porch.

The gourmet kitchen of the Duvall Street boasts a prep sink, plenty of counter space and an eating bar. There is an extra large walk in pantry for storage. The open airiness of the dining room speaks of festive Sunday brunches and memory-making holiday dinners. French doors to the covered porch means fair-weather gatherings will have a seamless indoor-outdoor flavor.

The mid-level landing leads to the master bedroom and bath, two secondary bedrooms, a full bath and a windowed art niche. Double French doors open the upper level master suite to a sundeck and offer powerful views from the bedroom, where sunsets may be viewed from the privacy of the deck. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower and Whirlpool soaking tub. The vanity has double sinks.
