Product Description

Our Church Street Home Plan is a lovely beach house. The modest detailing of Greek Revival style gave rise to this grand cottage, rich with architectural character. French doors flank the heart of the home, adding views as well as a sense of whimsy.

A well-appointed kitchen enjoys generous views from beyond. The eating bar looks out to the great room and across to the dining room.The open concept is perfect for entertaining guests and family alike. The formal dining room of the Church Street home plan opens through a dropped arch soffit ceiling. French doors lead to the covered porch. Fixed glass windows above the built-ins allow natural light to fill the great room. The fireplace in the great room gives a cozy atmosphere to all who enter in. Just off of the kitchen is the utility room. It is large enough for a washer and dryer and also for a wash tub and folding table.

Upstairs, each of two private suites in the Church Street plan has French doors to their own private sun deck. Between the two sun decks is an observation deck that can overlook the horizon beyond. A mid-level foyer in the Church Street plan eases the trip from ground level to the raised living area. An arched vestibule announces the great room. The upper gallery hall leads to a computer loft with built-ins and a balcony overlook.

The bottom floor of the Church Street plan has two front loading garage bays. To the rear of the lower level is a large bonus/storage area.
