Ballantyne is a luxury, Colonial home plan. This floor plan features 3810 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Ballantyne is available with a crawlspace foundation.

Ballantyne is an exquisite, traditional design. Stately columns and elegant porches make this home plan one of a kind. Ballantyne evokes a bygone era. Despite its classic facade, surprises await within – where modern room configurations and amenities astound. These modern updates play counterpoint to traditional appointments. The front entrance of Ballantyne leads to the home’s formal dining room and living room. Further down, the foyer opens to the large great room. A door through the dining room leads to a butler’s pantry and a closet utility room. The butler’s pantry then leads into the spacious kitchen, which is open to the great room and breakfast nook. The great room features a a charming fireplace. Past the breakfast nook lies the master suite. Its unique location allows for privacy. The master bathroom features a dual vanity, oversized tub, walk-in shower and a separate water closet. Ballantyne embraces the outdoors with plenty of French doors and spacious porches to the front, side and rear of the home.

Upstairs there is a loft that overlooks the great room. It features a convenient wet bar for entertaining and a separate study. Two guest suites are also on the second floor. Both bedrooms and the study have access to a sun deck or porch, creating delightful breezes throughout the home.
