Description

Winner of a first place award by the American Institute of Building Design, every facet of this Mediterranean home is impressive. The Autumn Woods home plan offers 4534 sq. ft. of living area. It has three bedrooms and four and 1/2 bathrooms. It is available with a slab/stemwall foundation. Inside, bay windows offer panoramic views while columns set the boundaries between the foyer and dining area. Nearby, the formal living room offers a warm welcome and opens through retreating glass walls to the lanai. To the rear of the home, an open layout of the kitchen, leisure room and nook create a family-friendly environment.

Smooth, cream-white stucco walls create a neighborhood-friendly façade with a Mediterranean style. A bold entry turret shelters a glass-paneled doors recessed behind a sculpted, Palladio-influenced arch. Fractured symmetry heightens the street presentation and creates a progression of spaces within. A gallery hall links an open arrangement of the formal rooms, with decorative columns providing subtle separation and definition. Retrating doors open the central living area to the outdoors, where a wrapping lanai leads to an alfresco kitchen. A cabana bath permits sunbathers and swimmers a transition area before re-entering the home.

The formal dining room provides a bay window and splendid views of the front property. Linked to the gourmet kitchen via a butler’s pantry, the dining room easily facilitates planned events.
The kitchen’s food preparation counter, which provides a vegetable sink, serves easy meals and overlooks the casual living zone. An entertainment center anchors the spacious leisure room, enriched by panoramas of scenery through retreating glass doors. The opposing wall also features retractable doors leading out to a spacious side courtyard, which offers an outdoor fireplace. To the right of the plan, a winding gallery hall connects two splendid guest suites, each with a walk-in closet and a luxe bath with window views. On the opposite side of the home, the luxurious master suite includes an airy bedroom with a wide sitting bay and private access to the lanai through lovely French doors. A vestibule leads to an ample dressing area framed by two sizeable walk-in closets, one with a skylight. Her bath features an angled, oversized shower and a sculpted spa tub surrounded by the master garden. His bath includes a step-in shower bay and access to the lanai.
