Product Description

Past the matchstick trim and louvered shades of the front porch, the foyer of the Ainsley home plan flows through the formal rooms to a rear courtyard. This reinforces an intimate link between nature and home. A colonnade provides definition to the unrestrained spaces. This connects the master suite with guest bedrooms and the casual living zone. Steps from the dining room, the servery area of the kitchen includes a wet bar and a food-prep counter. Outside, a side courtyard offers a fireplace.

Charming accents of wood and shutters lend rural elements to the Ainsley plan’s urbane design. A glass-paneled door leads to the spacious interior that offers open-air vistas from every room of the house.  Rustic and relaxed, the room connects with nature in elemental ways. The use of natural materials, a sense of human scale and lines, the Ainsley plan dissolves the boundaries with the great outdoors.

The oversized kitchen has a large center island for additional counter space. There is a large walk in pantry providing ample storage space. A wet bar allows access from the dining room without having to go through the kitchen. The kitchen overlooks the leisure room and breakfast nook for that open concept feel that is so desirable today. For easy entertaining, the wet bar acts as a pass-thru from the kitchen to the dining room. Retreating walls grant access to the lanai and courtyard warmed by a fireplace.

There is a cabana guest suite in the rear of the Ainsley plan with a private pool bath. There are two other guest suites that share a full bath. On the left wing is the master suite. There are two private exits to the rear lanai. There are two large walk in closets for the owners. The master bath has two separate sinks with vanities. There is a luxurious oval soaking tub and separate walk in shower.

To the rear of the Ainsley plan, a rambling lanai offers a daily invitation to linger beneath a tranquil shelter from the sun. A refined arrangement of the forward rooms plays counterpoint to the wide-open, state-of-the-art casual zone. The leisure room boasts a wall-sized entertainment center.

Retreating glass walls grant access to the lanai and, on the side of the plan, a courtyard is warmed by a massive masonry fireplace. Craftsmanship creates texture throughout the home, while sleek columns and glass walls provide a subdued backdrop.
