Step 1

In order to get you a proposal for customizing a home plan, we need to know which home plan you want to customize and what specifically you would like done. You will need to purchase a Customization Request Form corresponding to your home plan number. You would then complete the form and return it to us. We will review your form and send you a very detailed Proposal outlining the work to be done and the total cost for the desired customized house plan.

Step 2

If the Proposal meets with your approval you would then submit payment. We will then send you a set of preliminary house plan drawings for you to look over and verify the changes have been made, and that they meet with your approval.

Step 3

After you approve the preliminary house plan drawings the final set of home plans will be created. We will then ship your Customized House Plans to you. A typical customization job takes between 3 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the changes and our workload at the time.
