I would have to say that the most commonly asked question when someone calls our customer service department is “Can this plan be modified?”  Well, the answer is yes, absolutely!  There is really nothing that our modification team cannot do. We can add a basement, change the walls, reverse the plan, or anything else you want that will make your dream home a reality. In just a few steps you can be on your way.  Just pick the plan that most suits your needs and order our plan customization packet.  Fill it out, fax it back to us and within a couple of days we will have a written proposal sent out to you. That’s all there is to it.  

If, on the other hand, we determine that the changes you want are too extensive for our modification department, we have a custom department that can take over. We never say it can’t be done.  So either way, we can accommodate your wishes to give you the home you have always dreamed of.
