Now that summer is in full swing, we all want to enjoy the outdoors, and courtyards are the perfect way to create an outdoor oasis and still be able to enjoy the comfort of your home.   Just to explain, a courtyard is an enclosed, open air patio or garden surrounded by walls for privacy and protection of the elements.

Whether you’re entertaining guests, or just enjoying an outdoor barbecue with your family, a courtyard is the ideal place to make it happen.  The Sater Design Collection has many courtyard plans to choose from.  One of my favorites is La Reina.  Take a look at this plan and our other courtyard plans and you will have to agree that our courtyard plans really fit the bill for all of you who love the outdoors without giving up your privacy.  Be creative.  Add a fire pit, plant trees, and even include a wonderful fountain or koi pond to personalize what will surely become your favorite place to get away!
