I received a call from a customer who had purchased our “Plan Customization” packet. It was two days later when he called and he said he had never received his packet. Well, this wasn’t the first time I had heard this so I told him to first, make sure to check his “spam” and “junk” folder in his e-mail account. Many times, when an e-mail goes out with an attachment, it can end up in either a spam or junk folder.

He checked both folders and said he couldn’t find it. I was happy to send him a replacement e-mail which he received right away.
